You seem to be a tad bit behind in puberty, this is normal and you will catch up eventually. Puberty slows at age 18 and may not stop untill age 20 or later. Don't worry, it will even out. Try some searches on Yahoo and Google too to learn more about it.
Don't sweat it dude, if you're like me you won't really notice impressive size increase until you're about 17 and a half.





And aside from that, length.. doesn't really matter. I've talked to my girlfriend about her ex's and she said that even though one was longer than the other it wasn't as wide and was not as satisfying. Aside from that, she said mine was somewhere in between theirs in that it's not thin or short, just plain average. To her this is great, and movement really is key, not size. Your girlfriend will love it as long as you're past 4 and a half inches, man.
