yes there is a chance that you would because the stool only underwent steam sterilization. Some bacteria in endospore forms can withstand high temperatures such as steam. But developing an illness is highly unlikely because you would only be able to ingest a very small quantity of bacteria unless you WOULD however eat the stool WHOLE. quantity is also a factorWould you become ill if you ingested a steam sterilized human stool?

Everything you eat makes you ill, but everyone has an immune system to fight off bacterias. You could eat a non sterilized human stool and not become ill. It all depends on the persons sensitivity
