you really have no clue as to how mental illness is defined, huh?
Mental illness is diagnosed by medical persons.. not a school. If the student has different ideas, that isn't mental illness.
If those ideas include flying saucers, then it seems pretty safe the student is delusional.
Paranoia about being ';harassed'; can be a symptom of several mental illnesses.
