What would make her feel ill like this?

didn't know how to phrase the question.. so basically, my girlfriend has been feeling ill for quite a while and she says she can't stand up because she feels dizzy and can't see and feels like she's about to be sick so why or what could make her be ill like this?

It could be an infection or problem with her middle (or inner) ear. That can cause dizziness and an inability to balance. If i were you i would take her to a DrWhat would make her feel ill like this?
It could be migraine, it could be an ear infection, it could be a virus. The only person who can tell you is a doctor. Get help soon.
She sounds really sick. I would take her to an emergency room and have her looked at. At least see if you can get her into the doctors office today.
Does she drink enough water? She could be dehydrated.
