ofcourse they are going to split it into two parts i would kill them if they didn't! there's too much informaton in the books.

well the producers arent that sure yet but its most likely to end when the trio gets caught by the snatchers so it can end in a cliffhanger and more draw more ppl to the second part......thee 2nd part mite start with them going to the malfoy manor...............but i always it wuld be better if it ended like with draco lookin at the trio walkin in lol
I read in an interview with the director that Part 1 will consist of the three of them on the run, visiting Godric's Hollow, breaking into the Ministry etc, while the second will be mainly focused on the Battle in Hogwarts, nobody mentioned exactly where it would cut off but I'd imagine it would be when the escape the Malfoy Manor and the cliffhanger will be when they start planning breaking into Gringotts, and picking up there in Part 2

I think the first part will consist of the battle at the ministry when they try to get R.A.B's locket and until Ron got his temper sapped and leave Harry and Hermione behind . And then Harry and Hermione decided to visit Godrics hollow . And that's the start of the second part .
Well that's my own calculation only.. I think it makes sense ..or maybe after they heard the story of the tale of the three brothers and they heard about deathly hollows ( because the 1st movie will not be hpdh if dh is not mentioned right ? ).. and the 2nd part will start at the malfoys manor :P the last book was great ! i hope the last movie too ! especially the battle of hogwarts ! :D
Josh Herdman (Goyle) revealed that they're going to end part 1 when they're caught by the snatchers and part 2 will start with Malfoy Manor.
i'm so excited. i love cliff hangers. (even though i know what's going to happen). It's still going to be awesome.
their either making two parts to one film, simply because:
a) The audience will be dissapointed with only one more film left and no more
b) The fim is very long and they have to make it in two parts to cut the cost down a little bit.
They had to split it in two because if they didn't the movie would have been to long for anyone to want to watch.
The first part is going to end if a cliffhanger, I'm sure. It will be enough to make you want to go see the second part of the story. Since the movie contains numerous stories about numerous cast members (i.e. it's layered), it's going to be very hard to say where they will cut off the first and start the second. I know it's going to follow the last book, but it really depends on the producers where they are going to stop the first film and start #2.
All I can say that with all of the hype that is going toward this last pair of installments, it better be good, or people could desert the franchise. However, with only one more movie to go before the end, I'm sure people will see it through until it is completely over. If the movies in the franchise hadn't been getting longer and longer, I'm sure that it would have been sewn up in one movie, but it also gives the movie studio the chance to ';double dip'; and they'll be charging you twice because the last book is two parts.
They (the filmmakers) will have to answer questions which have been lurking about for many of the movies. Of course, if you've read the books, you're almost certain how the movies will end. But the cut off point between movies #1 and #2 really hasn't been decided. I know they won't cut it off after a certain chapter in the book, since these movies haven't followed the books, page by page either.
I'm sure things which have been left out will eventually be resolved. The biggest question is which parts will be resolved in the first movie and which will be resolved in the second movie. I guess you can try and find out more at http://www.imdb.com and look at the plot of the second movie, which should tell you where the first movie is going to end.
Really? You don't know how they could possibly take 600 words of story and turn it into 2 movies? Most people would wonder how could that NOT be 2 movies.

it is stupid I've been disappointed in the HP movies ever since the fourth one came out, the sixth one was the worst out of all of them so far and I won't be surprise when the seventh movie is worse
how old is the actor playing Harry now? twenty something I think
I thing part 1 will end at Malfoy's Manor, or when they get captured, so it's a cliffhanger. I think it'll pick up there as well. Or, when Ron leaves or returns, not sure.
