Get a lawyer! At his age and with a mental problem and depression he definitely didn't know what he was doing or signing, especially if he was on strong meds. Be happy that his torturous life is over. God takes care of the mentally challenged so don't worry about him now! If he was a loner and this person took care of him maybe the right one got the money! depression does no mean one is not in their right mind, if depression is what he died from then he was most likely in his right mind to write his will. however reading what you wrote and attempting to understand what you are saying about your uncle there certainly were other serious psychological problems needing professional attention with that in mind i would say no he was not in a sound mind. if he wrote the will before these symptoms then he did the right thing and left what he wanted to whom he wanted to have what ever. get an attorney check when he wrote the will and what his mental condition was at that time. otherwise let well enough alone and go on with your life.
