When a guy says, Ill call you later, does that mean he will not call or he will call later?

To tell you the truth, most of the time, they don't call, at least not when you think they should, if at all. Guys do that all the time, and it hurts girls feelings because the girls take it personal.....like it was their fault he didn't call, or that he didn't like THEM. It's not that at all...he never intended to call in the first place usually. It's only a ';line';. Don't be hurt if he doesn't call. It depends on the guy and if he is honest or using it as a cop out because he's not man enough to tell you to your face.So you will have to wait and find out if he is sincere.
