If i will drink 8 litres of water a day do you think ill die???

whattt???? heckkkkkk no you wont lol. You may pee a lot though. If i will drink 8 litres of water a day do you think ill die???
I work outdoors and drink about about a gallon in 5 hrs or so.. During the winter when it's not so hot.. I continue to drink water.. but not as much.. That is a lot of water.. If your working out or doing physical work.. There is a need for more water.. but I'm not sure about the amount you consume. If i will drink 8 litres of water a day do you think ill die???
You probably won't die, unless you keep it for a long period of time, but 8 liters seems a bit much. You should have at least 2.2 liters of water (or other fluids like juice) a day to keep your body hydrated and that's if youre not active. It seems as if you might be replacing your meals with water and that is definitely not good. Doctors believe that Terri Schiavo went in to a coma from drinking 10-15 glasses of liquid a day because that upset the balance of electrolytes in her brain.
no.
why ask %26gt;

anyway if you go to the toilet when you need to I don't see why there would be a problem BUTagain why are you asking ?
You will not die from drinking 8 liters of water a day.
no so long as you don't drink them all at once
i heard about a lady in my area who die from drinking a lot of water in a competion. i heard that the water when up to her brain. all you need is 8 cups daily
recently, a lady died drinking 2 gallons of water at a radio station on-air segment. called water poisoning. her cells were over saturated.

the dj's were fired. lawsuits are pending.
Technically no one dies of stupidity but a woman on the news died while being in a contest of drinling the most water without urinating. Are you doing this to die or lose weight?

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Learn the science of how to nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat.

no.....as long as you go to the restroom and pee it all out you'll be fine. If you don't then yes......I mean look what happened to that ';nurse'; that did a contest on the radio. She died. So I recomend you go to the head.
i guess i dont understand what the point of drinking eight liters of water a day would be? It can be very dangerous to drink this much water. It leads to fluid overload. What essentially happens, is that the water is quickly absorbed into your bloodstream at a rate faster than your kidneys can get rid of it. So your blood pressure rises to try to compensate for the large volume of blood you now have. With the continued intake your body can't the volume of fluid anymore and so the fluid starts leaking out into your surrounding tissue, including your lungs. You could potentially drown in your own fluid. So, I would say, yes you could die from it
You CAN drink to much water, and overfill your kidneys and as someone aboved me said you can have the water go up to your brain.

Be careful
no
i dont think you will
hahaha no but that's a whole lot of water.
I don't think so, but you sure be nausea and heavy too.
!!!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!!!!

Water intoxication is possible to die from, to much water in your body will cause your brain to swell, your lungs will begin filling with water, and your kidneys/liver will shut down. I don't know how much is needed, basically depending on your activity, obviously urination and sweat are the most obvious ways to flush it out of your system.

A person with two healthy kidneys can excrete about 900ml/hr. Consuming as little as 1.8 litres of water in a single sitting may prove fatal for a person adhering to a low-sodium diet, or 3 litres for a person on a normal diet. However, this must be modulated by potential water losses via other routes. For example, a person who is perspiring heavily may lose 1 L/hr of water through perspiration alone, thereby raising the threshold for water intoxication. .
