I don't think Mexico lets us Yankees emigrate unless you are married to a native. Sounds like a cottage industry about to happen... Turn Pot starved singles from America into mail order brides and husbands for lonely Mexicans, American Heads would be a good name...I've got to get to work on this.
Is Mexico really legalizing Marijuana? I guess that would be weird that Americans are fighting their way out of the US and Hispanics fighting their way in. BTW...I'm not sure that you'd be taking the jobs that they didn't want, but rather taking jobs they left because America has so many better opportunities for them and you make a lot more money here. I totally don't blame them!
