How long would it take before you started feeling ill or ';off'; if all you ever had was milk?

Doesn't matter nonfat, 1%, 2%, whole, strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, banana, caramel, etc etc etc etc.....

If all you ever had was liquid milk, how long would it take before you started feeling ill or ';off kilter';?How long would it take before you started feeling ill or ';off'; if all you ever had was milk?
This is a warning in case you are actually thinking of doing this. The problem is not about feling ill.

Your stomach needs food. If you use milk as a substitute your liver produces bile which does not get used so it goes into your gall bladder to concentrate. If the concentrated bile does not get used then the sediment, comprising cholesterol and calcium forms gallstones which will require an operation to remove your gall bladder.

Gallstones are very painfull indeed and the operation to remove them carries a risk of serious complications. How long would it take before you started feeling ill or ';off'; if all you ever had was milk?
I don't know about milk, but I did that with pomegranate juice for a week to cleanse my body with all the antioxidants.

I basically felt weak, irritable, and hungry by the third day. By the end of the week, my face was broken out and I was a little smaller (don't try it to lose weight because your body immediately gains it back) but very weak and fussy.

I am guessing it would be very similar with milk. Whole milk may let you go for longer because of all of its contents.
i start feeling ill as soon as I start to drink milk
